A new beginning in Mena, Arkansas. We had been married 9 years before starting our family. We picked a curious time to start a family as we had lost everything and Arkansas was a new beginning for us. This was a very special time. Our first son was birthed in the Little White Shack. Later we moved into the little mobile home. Now the 3 boys are all grown and moved away. We remain in Mena, Arkansas but we no longer live in a Plywood Shack.
